International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to Canada for a flat rate of $25 and to Mexico for a flat rate of $45! All prices are displayed in USD.
Please note that international shipping will incur additional fees, restrictions, and customs clearance, including but not limited to taxes, duties, and restricted items These fees and restrictions are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or check these fees, and they are not included in the total cost of your order. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order. There will be no returns or refunds for all international orders. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

ORDERS TRACKING

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Most orders ship within 1 business day after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details along with the tracking number.

MISSING/LOST PACKAGES,
DAMAGED/STOLEN ITEMS

Once an order has left our warehouse, IVY Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors or contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you suspect theft, we recommend filing a police report, as that may help with recovery and prevent future incidents in your area.
If there are any issues with your package regarding damage, missing items, or if you need help with your delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable if a package is returned to us due to an invalid shipping address.

ORDER CHANGES,
& CANCELLATIONS

To cancel your order, please email us ASAP upon placing your order. To ensure fast processing and shipping, all orders get processed as soon as it was received. Cancellation request cannot be guaranteed.
Order information cannot be changed once it is placed.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and valid shipping address. Addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed. Once the package leaves our shipping facility, it can only be delivered to the address customer provided during checkout.
Order items and quantities cannot be modified. The order must be canceled, and a new order must be placed.
**Please note, once the order has shipped, we are not able to cancel the order. **
